PIGER WORKS X Opaspong’s Project : The Masterpiece

This is a true masterpiece—where we carefully craft and translate the beauty of nature into denim, with attention to every single detail.

The journey begins with the warp yarn, dyed with Awa Natural Indigo in Tokushima, Japan.

The weft yarn is entirely hand-dyed in Thailand, using three primary natural colors within a single yarn:

• Pinkish red from lac
• Blue from indigo
• Yellow from Terminalia leaves + tropical almond leaves

Where the dyes overlap, new shades naturally emerge—creating a uniquely multicolored weft yarn.
Bringing the vibrance and energy of nature into The Masterpiece.

While Japan is working on the warp yarn,
Thailand is preparing the weft yarn to meet the July schedule,
before moving into the weaving process in Tokushima.

The fabric is expected to be completed and delivered to Thailand
between December 2026 – January 2027.

From this limited batch of dyed yarn,
only around 55–65 pieces can be produced.
Each pair will be completely unique—no two are the same.
